Islam - Wrong Perception

Islam is wrongly perceived to be religion of violence because of certain misguided elements who, in the name of Islam, try to spread terror. Foundation of Islam is laid on very strong pillars, guidelines, rules, principles which will help anybody who lead his life as per the principles of holy book. In fact all the holy books, message the same content, one need to understand and adhere to the fundamental principles. Fringe elements amongst Muslims have destorted the teachings of Islam to suit their political / commercial aims. No religion either Muslim, Hindusim, Christanity, Buddhism or any other religion, can justify the shedding of innocent blood as a part of religious duty. Learned Islamic scholars should come forward to position their voice and ideas in front of the world so that the coming generation is not mislead.
