Attaining Moksha

Whatever is here, that is there. What is there that again is here. He who sees any difference here, goes death to death.
To attain Moksha - Nirvana, one has to detach completely from "All and Everything". We all have some role to play, we deliver all the dialogues, which are assigned to us and act on this wordly stage accordingly. An average human being attach himself / herself to amenities/ develop relationship around him/ her and keep carrying forward all the debts and credits. All such acts drags again and again to this destroyable world.

What is Hope?

A standard definition of hope is "to feel that something desired may happen". 'Feel' and 'May' are the words that denote uncertainty. These are the two most important links which connects you to that unseen supernatural power and inspire confidence to connect with God. Hope might not hold the promise of security, but paradoxically, it enhances our capacity to live, work and ultimately transform ourselves within an insecure, unstable environment.
Most of us hold on hope against all odds. And hope creates/germinates the linkage of trust with God.

Prayer

In almost all the religion, we have rituals and governance system to perform Prayer. However there is provision yet for one-on-one communication between you and your faith/believe /Almighty power and so called God. God is not a person hiding somewhere and looking at us to punish us for bad and reward for good. Theory of Karma applies for all Good and Bad that happens to us. Everything comes back to you, this may take sometime but one day it will back and show the existence of deeds you performed knowingly or unknowingly
Prayers helps in form of energising your self with positive energy and taking out all your negative elements of thoughts/ waves. It's not the mathematics of your prayers, how many count/ times you perform, nor the harmonic of our prayers, how eloquent they may be, nor the time of your prayer how lengthy they are, nor the orchestrated music of your prayers, how sweat and loud your voice may be; nor any predefined method of your prayers, how methodical they may be observing. In true sense, a true prayer is that which comes from the heart and communicate effectively with the existence energy level, so called God.
Poetic saint Kabir Said
"Maala Pherat Jug Bhaya, Mita Na Man Ka Pher Kar Ka Manka Chhor De, Man Ka Manka Pher"
Translation
Eons have passed whirling rosary, restless remains the mind Give up the beads of rosary and rotate the beads of mind
Kabir asserts that instead of concentrating on the rosary beads and its count of rotation, one should focus and become aware of the wavering mind. For only by becoming aware shall we become alert and be able to guide ourselves towards poise and serenity. This is the ultimate aim of Prayer /Meditation – to become calm and experience the oneness between our individual self and the cosmic self.

Interface in Life

Today people live to earn rather than earn to live. We all have forgotten our true goal in life. There is almost no communication between mind and soul about the true reason of our existence. There is least sharing, having lost contact with each other's hearts, we have become isolated . We need to rebuilt the links of communication which is from heart to heart, soul to soul....mind to mind communication and linkage is superficial and never long lasting.

Faith and Belief

As one not knowing that a golden treasure lies buried beneath his feet may walk over it again and again, yet never find it, so all beings live every moment in the city of Brahmn/ God/ Allah, yet never find him because of the veil of illusion by which he is concealed

Fools dwelling in darkness, but thinking themselves wise and erudite, go around and round, by various tortuous paths, like the blind led by the blind.

Business arrangement

Any business arrangement that is not profitable to the other fellow will in the end prove unprofitable for you. The bargain that yields mutual satisfaction is the only one that is apt to be repeated.

Islam - Wrong Perception

Islam is wrongly perceived to be religion of violence because of certain misguided elements who, in the name of Islam, try to spread terror. Foundation of Islam is laid on very strong pillars, guidelines, rules, principles which will help anybody who lead his life as per the principles of holy book. In fact all the holy books, message the same content, one need to understand and adhere to the fundamental principles. Fringe elements amongst Muslims have destorted the teachings of Islam to suit their political / commercial aims. No religion either Muslim, Hindusim, Christanity, Buddhism or any other religion, can justify the shedding of innocent blood as a part of religious duty. Learned Islamic scholars should come forward to position their voice and ideas in front of the world so that the coming generation is not mislead.

Water's worth

A person who is engaged in killing creatures, polluting wells ( water sources) and ponds, tanks, lakes, rivers, and destroying gardens, certainly goes to hell.

Insincerity

The great enemy of clear thought and language is insincerity. When there is a gap between "one's real and one's declared aims", one turns instinctively to long words and exhausted phrases.

How to Calculate a Year ( Hindu Way of Calculation)

Measurement of Year
The small unit of time is a nimesha, fifteen nimeshas constitute one kashtha, thirty kashthas make a kala and thirty kalas are one kshana. There are six kshanas in one danda, two dandas in one muhurta and thirty muhurtas in one day. There are thrity days in a month and each month is divided into two pakshas of fifteen days each. Two months constitute a season (ritu) and three ritus constitute an ayana. There are thus six seasons and two ayanas in a year.
The two ayanas are known as uttarayana and dakshinayana. One year for humans is equivalent to one day for the gods. Uttarayana corresponds to day for the gods and dashinayana to night.
Twelve thousand years of the gods are known as a mahayauga. Each mahayuga is divided into four sub-periods of Satya yuga, Treta yuga, Dvapara yuga and Kali yuga.
Two thousand mahayugas are merely one day for Brahma. There are fourteen eras (manvantara) in each of Brahma’s days. Brahma’s nights are just as long and it is during Brahma’s night that the world is destroyed and flooded with water. Each of Brahma’s days is called a Kalpa.
A hundred years for Brahma are equivalent to a single day for Vishnu.
